I attend at least a couple of labor law seminars every year to keep up with the ever-changing Human Resource landscape. One of my favorite days is spent with the labor and employment group of the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA from Manchester, NH. Attorney Jim Reidy is not only a very entertaining speaker, but each year, he also publishes the Top Ten Wage & Hour Violations with information from NH’s Department of Labor.
