If you have ten or more employees working in New Hampshire, your Safety Summary Form must be in the hands of the NH Department of Labor by the end of December. New Hampshire has had this requirement in place since 1997, and the completed form is due every odd numbered year. That means it is due in December 2011. If you have ten or more employees, and haven’t filed this form yet, this is a good time to get started. The DOL form summarizes your safety programs, policies, and procedures.
