If 2011 has you fired up to grow your existing business, here are some suggestions to help fuel that determination:

Create or Revise Your Strategic Plan

Which aspects of your business deserve the most attention?  That depends on your strategic plan.  Meet one-on-one with a business coach to develop your 2011 Strategic Plan.  Check the Hannah Grimes Center events calendar and schedule a free business consulting session with NH Small Business Development Center, Path of Purpose Coaching or AdviCoach.

Take Advantage of Business Workshops and Courses

Once you've determined your focus, find the best business offerings to help you meet your goals.  Many workshops and courses are listed at the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce website - or you can sign up to receive a free monthly Hannah Grimes Times e-newsletter highlighting a variety of business offerings.

Are you determined to grow your business, but don't feel you can do it alone?  Consider enrolling in the Hannah Grimes Center Entrepreneur Project - a twelve month business development program. Learn from an experienced, knowledgeable instructor and coach and benefit from masterminding and resource sharing with other members of the group (limited to 8 participants). Call 603-352-5063 or jen [at] hannahgrimes [dot] com (email) Hannah Grimes to find out the next time Entrepreneur Project Information Session is scheduled.
