Who Will Publish Me?

You have a great idea for an article but you can't find anyone to publish it. If you happen to receive a response from a magazine, you're told the article is too long or too short or the topic is too current or too old or too specialized. There's always an excuse.
Take a hint from business and executive coach Debora McLaughlin (www.therenegadeleader.com) and publish your article on www.ezinearticles.com. Your first 10 articles are free. From your articles, you can direct readers to your website or blog or even to your storefront. Debora has lots of great ideas; you can sign up for her complementary seminars at http://myfreeclass.com.
Remember that an article is not a press release or a brochure. You want to share information that establishes you as a source of practical ideas and advice, not simply an expert in self-promotion. Tell readers what to look for when they're evaluating products and services like those you offer; how your industry has changed and what the future holds; what they can do to solve a problem; or how to determine when the benefits outweigh the costs of a consultant. They'll appreciate objective information from someone who knows.
